BOOT CAMP

A total body workout where participants rotate through stations of high and low-impact cardio exercises, core work, and strength training. NO choreography or coordination needed – just hard workers who want a great workout!

"LUNCH BREAK" BOOT CAMP

A total body workout in 30 minutes where participants rotate through stations of high and low-impact cardio exercises, core work, and strength training. NO choreography or coordination is needed.

 

PILATES

Target your body’s “powerhouse” (abs, back, and buttocks) to increase flexibility and strengthen core muscles. You will improve your breathing, balance, and posture as you create a strong and stable core.

SPINNING

A high-intensity class that uses a stationary bike that you can adjust the resistance to workout at your own level. A great fat burner!

 

YOGA

Focus on increasing flexibility, strength, and balance while also including meditation and relaxation exercises. Our instructors are trained in Freestyle Hatha but will incorporate blended styles.

YOGA STRETCH

Incorporates seated and standing yoga poses used to enhance flexibility, muscular strength, balance, and range of movement. This class is designed for beginners and seniors.
